The Institute of Linguistics at the University of Stuttgart (area: English phonology) is organizing a workshop on "Linguistic and psycholinguistic studies in L2 phonology" on November 21/22 2014. The aim of the workshop is to bring together researchers working on aspects of L2 phonology for mutual exchange and discussion of ongoing work.

planning purposes.


When: 21 and 22 November 2014

Where: The workshop will take place in building “KII” (Keplerstraße 17) on the campus “Stadtmitte” of the University of Stuttgart which is located in the centre of the city. All presentations will be in room 17.92, on the 9th floor.

How to get there: It’s only a 5-10 min. walk from the main train station to the university campus. The closest bus stop “Katharinenhospital” is served by bus lines 40 and 42, and the underground light rail station “Friedrichsbau” is served by the city rail lines U9 and U14. Information about public transport in the Stuttgart Region, as well as timetables and tickets can be found on the web pages of the Transit and Tariff Association “VVS”.
